Falck strengthens Executive Management

Falck has added substantial commercial experience and know-how within transformation processes by appointing a new EVP for Falck Assistance Nordic and a new SVP for Global HR

Michala Fischer-Hansen will assume the role of Executive Vice President for Falck Assistance Nordic and Elisabeth Milton has been appointed new Senior Vice President for Global HR.

“I am happy to welcome our new ExecMan members to Falck. We have an ambitious, commercial agenda for our Assistance business that has improved its efficiency over recent years and today faces challenges that need an adequate commercial response, which Michala Fischer-Hansen will bring,” says Falck CEO Jakob Riis.

“We also have an extensive agenda ahead of us building a global HR service delivery model that creates efficiencies and delivers seamless, high-quality solutions to our business. Elisabeth Milton brings valuable know-how to Falck being an experienced executive from the service industry and having led major transformations.”

Strong commercial background
Michala Fischer-Hansen joins Falck from a position as Corporate Vice President for Global Public Affairs and Sustainability in Novo Nordisk. She has close to 20 years of experience from commercial roles in Novo Nordisk and has recently relocated from Australia, where she held a position as General Manager for Novo Nordisk in Oceania.

Falck is an iconic company that delivers significant value every day and I look very much forward to being part of the important journey that the organisation is on, and to meet all the new colleagues in the team," says Michala Fischer-Hansen.

Broad international experience
Elisabeth Milton joins Falck from a position in Air Italy, where she has been Vice President and member of executive management. She has a broad, international experience, including 20 years of tenure with SAS, where she has held various general manager and commercial leadership positions and led several transformation processes in complex organisational structures.

Still many changes lie ahead, and I look forward to being part of this transformational journey with focus on setting the people agenda, supporting the business and the cultural turnaround,” says Elisabeth Milton.

Elisabeth Milton will join Falck as of today and Michala Fischer-Hansen will join Falck Assistance Nordic on 1 September 2019.
