With a new contract Falck Ambulance Sweden operates three out of five districts in Stockholm

Falck was already operating two out of five districts in Stockholm, so that has now changed to three out of five districts.

We have a very close collaboration with the Stockholm County Council and are proud to have been entrusted a further district of the city,” says Uno Lundberg, Chief Executive of Falck Ambulance Sweden.

The contract is won in open competition against both national and international competitors.

Dedicated people

Falck employs around 250 specialist nurses and paramedics and in Stockholm and expects to increase that number as the new contract starts.

“Our skilled and dedicated people are absolutely key to of our ambulance services. We are still recruiting for the new district and over 100 new nurses will work with this contract,” Uno Lundberg says.
